This piece uses the symbolism of our DeadBoy character cycling up a winding road to represent the journey we all take in search of our ultimate destination. The uphill path reflects the challenges and perseverance that shapes our pursuit, something I’ve personally been striving for the past 17 years, and still continue to do so today.
While the image depicts the destination as a physical house at the end of the road, its meaning extends beyond that. It can represent any goal, dream, or sense of belonging we’re striving toward. This painting is a reflection on endurance, hope, and the quiet strength found in continuing the climb.
